Re-certification - Why Recertify?
Once you pass our certification exams, you must recertify your credentials every three years through continuing education activities. Recertification broadens your HR knowledge and make you more valuable to your organization. It shows you are committed to your future and the future of your organization.
Earning recertification credit is much more than attending conferences and workshops. Most certified HR professionals earn their recertification credits through the very activities that make them valuable members of their organizations and increase their HR knowledge. To learn more about re-certification, go to: HR Certification Institute
Many of the SBSHRM chapter meetings and educational events are approved for recertification credits. Certificate of Attendance documents are available at the meeting or event for those programs that have received approval from the HR Certification Institute.
