The Speaker – Robert Newland
Mr. Newland is President of Newland Associates. As a former Compliance Officer of the OFCCP, Mr. Newland has been involved in numerous AAP audits and investigations of alleged discrimination. He has been serving a broad range of clients for the past 17 years in the preparation of Affirmative Action Programs, compensation analysis consulting and training, and supporting clients through OFCCP audits with an impeccable success record. Some of his clients include Citibank, Kimberly Clark and Fluor Daniel.
Mr. Newland has been a speaker at numerous private seminars and workshops, and at organizations like the Central Florida HR Association, SHRM-Puerto Rico Chapter, and the Space Coast HR Association. Mr. Newland holds a degree in Management from the University of the Sacred Heart and has completed executive education programs from various entities, including Harvard Business School.
