Finally, DOL added new questions to its FAQs if your company is subject to paid leave under FFCRA- including questions on domestic worker and temporary employee paid leave rights, issues if employee claims can no longer telework due to childcare needs, what documentation can be requested, and what happens with E-FMLA child care leave once the school years ends. For those subject to paid leave requirements under the FFCRA, the DOL added 8 more FAQs this week (80-88)- intended to answer, among other things, questions on how to calculate employee pay when hours vary as well as regular rate questions.
