Kathy is Principal HRIS Analyst for Leonardo DRS, a leading mid-tier defense contractor. In this role she supports the Company enterprise wide through HR data management, reporting, and analytics. She was formerly HR Manager for the Company’s Melbourne, FL location, where she was a business partner to the 600 strong Operations organization. Kathy’s career has enabled her to work in a variety of industries – from consumer electronics to consulting to publishing. Her HR passion is data and systems, and she has strong experience with system implementations, data conversion and validation, management reporting, and dashboards.
Kathy has a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Cristen has two bachelor’s degrees, one in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources and another focusing on Interior Design. She has a strong background in higher education as an advisor/recruiter for career and technical programs. She is the incoming 2021 secretary and is currently the 2020 Workforce Readiness Chair for SBSHRM. She is employed with Superior Skilled Trades LLC out of Rockledge FL as an HR Generalist. She loves spending time with her family, pets and friends in her spare time.

Fallon has been a proud resident of Brevard County for over 30 years. She has worked at Circles of Care, Inc. for 15 years where she is currently the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Prior to her Human Resource career choice, Fallon worked in hospitality and healthcare business administration. Shortly after joining SHRM National in 2010 she became a member of SBSHRM. This is her ninth year as a Board Member for South Brevard SHRM. This is her first year as Treasurer, she previously served as the Secretary and VP of Programs. Fallon holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, PHR HRCI Certification and SHRM-CP Certification.

Jared is a native Floridian who grew up in St. Petersburg and enjoys the best of our great outdoors- beach days, fishing, and hunting. Jared lives in Melbourne Beach with his wife, Rebecca, their son, Mason, and their ornery yellow lab, Hank. Jared attends First United Methodist Church of Melbourne and serves as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida.

Ann is the Director of Administration at Sentry View Systems, an engineering and specialty manufacturing firm in Melbourne that provides solutions to protect the nationa's infrastructure in rugged and remote environments.
Ann is a full-employment cycle HR professional with experience building HR functions from the ground-up for both business and and nonprofit organizations. She employs the skills she gained as a community minister to successfully counsel and guide organizational leaders in engaging employees, boosting morale, and optimizing productivity. Her unique background pepared her for roles that require a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.She thrives in geographically-distributed environments and excels at motivating remote workforces.She is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and applies creative solutions to problems.
Ann highly values continuous improvement and loves to assist others with their career goals in any way she can.. She earned her SHRM-SCP in July of 2020 and is looking forward to helping HR professionals obtain and retain the certifications they believe are important to their success and the success of the companies they serve.
Ann is an army brat from Georgia who was raised all over the United States and Europe which may help explain her passion for travel, meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and trying new things. She lives in Melbourne with her husband, one and a third of her three sons (a college graduate who has left the nest, a college student home on breaks, and a high school senior), and a geriatric cat. She serves on the board of the Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Jacklin Fisher is a certified Senor Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP, SPHR). She is currently a Manager of Human Resources at Charter Communications with responsibility in the areas of recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
She holds a BS in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
Fisher is also a Lecturer at Eastern Florida State College where she provides classroom instruction for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preparation.

Donna Larson
Space Coast Health Foundation
Donna Larson is the Vice President of Operations for the Space Coast Health Foundation in Rockledge, Florida. In this role, she oversees human resources, insurance program administration, the grant funding process, and facilities management. While in her role as paralegal for a health system several years ago, Ms. Larson gained experience in insurance program administration and litigation management in areas specific to medical malpractice, premises liability, director and officer, employment and workers compensation claims. Through these experiences, she learned the value of well thought out policies and procedures.
As a believer in “the big rocks first,” she is committed to the importance of supporting both her team and her family by emphasizing a work/life balance and approaching obstacles as opportunities for solutions. One of her favorite “solutions” is yoga; others include beach time, belly-busting laughter with her family and silly play time with the pups Ella and Sasha.
Donna holds an undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Master’s of Science in Employment Law from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University.
